Monday November 10th, 2008This is when the next page will be up. It's ready now, but with any luck I can get back to my MWF schedule...we'll see.

I really like the new techniques your using with the fonts on the comic, Rae. It looks very nice

There's a new font technique...I mean YEAH! Of course! Hah...right...ahem.
Don't get too overjoyed. We're jumping from Roger's week to Alex's week and Baxter doesn't make another appearance until part three. Until then, you'll just have to deal with the OTHER "loveable" deity whose face has been long forgotten.
YOU know who I'm talkin' bout.

Aw'right...
Lemme just say how much I really like this page and how much I butchered it with inks and colors.
The poster behind him is Van Gogh's "Sunflowers" and the painting behind that is inspired by the work of my friend Mark ( http://starkcabaret.deviantart.com ).
I colored this all in one go this morning while drinking coffee because I've run out of Half Life YouTube videos to watch and nobody was talking to me.
Oh, and I've fallen head-over-heels for a young man who serves sushi thirty miles from me WHO WAS CHECKING ME OUT. He instigated it. This is the first sign of the apocalypse. Kiss your loved ones, leave your pets for dead and hide the children in the refrigerator...Rachael's goin in.
Naturally, he'll be a drug user or a smoker or an asshole because that's the way my life works. I'll keep you posted so your kids don't get frostbitten (although you really shouldn't be running your refrigerator so cold.

Aw, it's Van Gogh's?? Damn. I was thinking that it was indicative of his withering, crumbling mental state. I rather liked how the browned, dying sunflowers worked as an image. Phooey.
