A Fatass is MeAnyone got any suggestions for simple exercises I could do or incentive to do them? I just realized I ate a whole pizza and a pint of Ben and Jerry's this evening. Granted the pizza was thing and sparingly topped but it was a whole pizza.
Incentives would be great. Maybe people would like to sponsor my weight loss? If I reach a weight, you get free arts or something? Hmmm?
